LEGACY / LAST WILL SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
We rent a safe box that will only be opened after the death of the client, for the beneficiaries that the client has determined and in the presence of a Gibraltarian notary.
Gibraltarian law in no way conditions the free choice of beneficiaries of your estate at the time of your death. It is not necessary -or mandatory- to include your descendants or your spouse in your will if you do not wish to.
You can choose, for example: a friend, the Red Cross, etc.). Additionally, there is no tax that is levied on you or your beneficiaries.

DOCUMENT SAFEKEEPING
Secure contracts, house deeds, wills and other important documents at our safe deposit facility within the security of our vaults.
The documents are sealed in your presence in an opaque tamper evident security envelope. The bag is signed by you and secured by us.

JOINT SIGNATURE ACCESS
An additional safety measure to protect the interests of many members who share a box. ​
With this service, access to the safe deposit boxes requires the presence of all co-holders, or a pre-agreed number of them, as per the agreed terms.
The service of joint signature access to safe deposit boxes provides a secure solution for various situations, including divorce proceedings, joint accounts between partners, commercial situations with conflicting interests, and assets in escrow (e.g., bonds, deeds, or other documents kept in custody by a third party and taking effect only when a specified condition has been fulfilled).

VIP ACCESS
For clients who already have a safe deposit box, the VIP service includes, priority access to the vault, 15 monthly entries to your box, 50% discount on the rental of the meeting room inside the vault, free use of the money counting machine and counterfeit note detector, and the possibility to access your Safety Deposit Box outside business hours (by appointment (with possible security restrictions or availability, etc-).
